In accordance with EPA AHERA regulation,this school is exempt from needing an AHERA Asbestos Management Plan. Per the LDEQ this school was constructed after October 12, 1988 and is exempt from the requirements of this chapter because there is no possibility of the presence of Asbestos (LAC 33:III.2707.B.2)
